# 7-Day Promotion Review Metrics Template

Use this template every morning for the previous 24 hours. The goal is to learn which channels bring useful visitors, not to inflate vanity numbers.

## Quality Review

Answer these after each 24-hour window.

1. Which post produced the most useful comments, not just the most clicks?
2. Which post caused confusion about betting, streaming, or official affiliation?
3. Which page did people actually need: home, daily, match, team, player, venue, or share?
4. Which content angle worked best: schedule, team radar, player profile, venue/weather, post-match recap, or "clean no-betting resource"?
5. Did any community reject the post? If yes, record the rule and do not repost there.
6. Did users ask for missing data? Convert that into a content task.
7. Did any UTM source show clicks but no engagement? Improve landing page or copy before posting again.

## 7-Day Decision Rules

Scale:

- A channel with 20+ useful clicks and no moderation issue.
- A channel with comments asking specific data questions.
- A topic that produces saves/bookmarks, not only likes.

Adjust:

- A channel with clicks but high bounce or no comments.
- Posts where users ask "is this betting?" or "is this live stream?"
- Any post that needs too much explanation to be understood.

Stop:

- Any community that removes the post twice.
- Any post format that depends on misleading wording.
- Any channel where admins clearly disallow resource links.
